To be eligible for admission into this course, applicants must meet the following age, academic, and language proficiency criteria:
Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
Applicants must satisfy one of the following:
Successful completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent);
OR
A minimum of two years of full-time equivalent relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role within an enterprise.
Additionally, applicants should:
Have basic digital literacy, including confidence in modifying, saving, and uploading documents using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word and Excel).
Have access to a personal computer and a reliable internet connection.
Have successfully completed Year 11 (or equivalent) of secondary education.
Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following:
An overall IELTS score of 5.5 (or equivalent),
