The Culinary Arts Management BA (Hons) at University College Birmingham is designed to combine professional culinary training with business and hospitality management skills. The programme prepares students for leadership roles in restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and the wider hospitality industry.
Students gain hands-on culinary experience in professional training kitchens while also learning food business operations, menu development, hospitality management, and entrepreneurship.
Core modules may include:
